Legal Aid Ontario (LAO) is designed to provide legal services for those individuals who cannot afford to hire a lawyer to represent them. Lawyers who accept Legal Aid provide an invaluable service to our legal system. Legal Aid Ontario will only provide services through the Lawyer Certificate Program and the Duty Counsel Program.
Legal Aid provides certificates to qualified applicants so that they can obtain representation for certain types of legal cases. R&S Lawyers are approved by Legal Aid to represent clients with a Legal Aid certificate.
